Domestic Shipping

All domestic packages will sent via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking provided as soon as your package leaves our office. We are a small operation please allow 1-3 business days to process shipments.

International Shipping

Under certain circumstances Little GIANT Apparel may serve countries outside of the U.S.A. In such instances the following will apply, any duties and taxes that are associated with the country where the product is being delivered are the responsibility of the customer. Should the delivery signee refuse, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping. To learn more about your countries taxation rates please contact your local customs office.

As part of limited promotions Little GIANT may occasionally offer free shipping to various countries outside of the U.S.A. If goods are purchased during such promotion and a return or exchange is requested, Little GIANT will cover all customer bound shipping (excluding duties & taxes) for packages leaving the US and ask the customer to pay all return shipping, duty, tax charges for packages leaving from their home country. We highly recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and/or insurance as Little GIANT Apparel is not responsible for lost merchandise.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except US holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Order Fulfillment

Our policy regarding in-stock items purchased alongside pre-sale orders is to hold all in-stock items until the pre-order item is received in-stock. We ship all items together based on shipping rates charged at checkout. Pickup orders have the option for partial fulfillment of in-stock items. Please email us with your order details at Hello@LittleGiantApparel.com to request this option.

Returns & Exchanges

Little GIANT has a 30 Day Customer Satisfaction Promise on Little Giant branded products*.

We want you riding stylishly and worry free, therefore we agree you should have the best possible experience with our products — if your order is not correct please email us through our CONTACT US page immediately so we may address your concerns.

Returns and exchanges apply only to apparel items, not water bottles due to hygienic issues.

To effect your exchange or return you must contact us within 30 days of your order delivery. Merchandise must be returned in its original state - unworn, unwashed and with all applicable packaging and hangtags. You can return merchandise for an exchange only for a different size or color of the same style. Please consult the sizing guide above to insure you order the correct size socks.

Items sold as Sale or “As-is” or Markdown are transactions considered final. Return Shipping/handling/merchant fees are not refundable unless item deemed defective by Little GIANT.

IN STOCK POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

While we attempt our human best sometimes the worker bees Little GIANT Apparel make mistakes. Little GIANT Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Little GIANT Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Little GIANT Apparel shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Miscellaneous
